Opposing Viewpoints Resource Center provides information on social issues. Access viewpoint articles, topic overviews, statistics, primary documents, links to websites, and full-text magazine and newspaper articles.

Thomson Gale provides access to databases on all levels. The sites include periodicals, newspapers, reference materials, and primary source information, as well as Informe, a Spanish language site, and What Do I Read Now. Thomson Gale.

Northwest Florida Daily News. Now available online the current issue of the NWF Daily News and archived information from past issues. Two users may be on the database at once.

SUNLINK is a statewide database of school library collections. Students and staff may contact the media specialist at their school to request a book from any school that is a member of SUNLINK.

BLS Occupational Outlook Handbook is a nationally recognized source of career information, designed to provide valuable assistance to individuals making decisions about their future work lives. Revised every two years, the Handbook describes what workers do on the job, working conditions, the training and education needed, earnings, and expected job prospects in a wide range of occupations.
