Hello, I hope everyone is having a great summer. Summer workouts began Monday, June 14th. The workouts are four days a week, MTWTh at 1:00. They will continue the following week, June 21st thru 23rd at 1:00. There are no workouts June 28th thru July 1st. We will return on Monday, July 5th. If we are to build on the success from last season, we need increased participation in the workuts.
