Welcome to the home page of the Playground Area Shootout, the oldest and best high school basketball tournament in NW Florida. Both our boys and girls tournaments have a long tradition of showcasing some of the finest high school basketball talent in the nation. Teams from as far away as Alaska have traveled to the Florida panhandle to compete in an exciting and talented showcase. This year we will have teams from Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Tennessee participating.
